Ceylan Yavasca Esen worked at Hart Law as a lawyer focused on real estate and estate planning for over two years before she founded her own law firm. She continues to practice in association with Hart Law.

Before being called to the bar in Ontario, Ceylan was a practicing lawyer in Turkey for over 10 years. She worked in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, real estate and corporate compliance.  In 2020, she completed the Global Professional Master of Laws program at the University of Toronto.
